Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on breeket.com was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include the following:

1. Identification of the material: A description of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.

2. Your contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

3. A statement of good faith belief: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

4. Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your location (or, if outside the United States, the jurisdiction of the courts where Breeket is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.

5. Your signature: A physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

Breeket reserves the right to terminate user accounts or block access to breeket.com for users who are deemed to be repeat infringers under the DMCA or other applicable laws.
